The Jim 'CRINT' Davies Trophy - FOR EXCELLENCE

The Squadron Leader Jim 'Crint' Davies Trophy is awarded to the aircrew officer or airman who, in the opinion of the Station Commander, has discharged their duties in the most professional manner, achieving excellence in their primary role while holding fast with the traditions of the Royal Air Force, embracing our fine lineage through Coastal Command to the present day.

The winner of the Trophy will have demonstrated their abilities in the air and on the ground in an exemplary fashion, but must also capture the quintessential social and personal qualities that mark our people as being 'different from the rest'
